observe & disrupt

I think people often define creatives by what we make when, in reality, the most valuable skill we can cultivate is an expertise in observation. To see what is, to imagine what could be, and to figure out what to disrupt to close the space between. Microscope, kaleidscope, telescope.

The universe is a knotted mess of connections. My work is dedicated to creating things that help detangle those systems so people can work, live, and understand in ways that are easy, efficient, and enjoyable.

Strange Alchemy

My skillset draws from an unconventional multi-discplinary education in art, digital media, marketing, finance, web development, animation, photography, and archaeology. My work experience includes developing digital marketing campaigns for television shows, excavating 14,000-year-old mammoth hunting sites in Alaska, creating augmented reality apps, and being a barista in a game store. I've worked in education, healthcare, aviation, entertainment, resource management, and real estate.

a relentless weirdo

I love being outside, swordfighting, reading, learning, and trying new crafts. I am a historical fencer and spend most of my free time training. I prefer to be called by my last name, "Flowers," (there's plenty of Ashleys out there). If I don't know the answer, I'm relentless about finding it. I value communication and initiative. I am resourceful and hate letting things waste. I love my cats, Doug, Cas, and Sylvie. And I love a nice iced lavender matcha, especially if it comes with a chocolate croissant.
